We Are doing Cathoidc Projects at Gail Ankleshwer & Mehasan Regian GRPRP Projects Temporary Cathodic Protection System Of Construction Of Steel Pipeline Terminals And Associated Facilities For Pipeline Replacement Project In Gujarat Region Phase-2 Part B & Part D 100 Km Line That Survey, site visit, design, detail engineering, Manufacturing, Inspection/FAT (Factory acceptance test), supply, packing, transportation to site, storage, installation, testing & commissioning of the temporary Cathodic protection system using Mg galvanic anodes to protect the external surface of 8″dia x 9.196 km and 4″dia x 18.54km (appox.) total 27.74 km 4’’ dia x 72.2 km long 3LPE Coated pipeline (refer annexure-I of scope of work for pipelines detail) including all civil/structural work & other miscellaneous works.
The scope shall also include hook-up/bonding with existing PCP system at CJB/TLP/Bonding station in Gujrat against corrosion for a design life of minimum 2 year or till commissioning of PCP system whichever is later as per standard specification No.- MEC/S/05/E9/016A for temporary cathodic protection system, Scope of work, Data Sheets & tender drawings. The Scope and Design Basis for Temporary Cathodic Protection of Pipelines in south Gujarat Region Phase- II Part – B confirms to MECON TCP Tender Specification.
The main activities involved are Basic Site Survey, Design & Detail Engineering Supply of material, Erection and installation Pre-commissioning, Testing & Commissioning Monitoring up to PCP system Hook up of new Pipeline with Existing PCP system Post Commissioning Survey.
